Fancy Stuff that the Philippines doesn't need

COMELEC (Philippine's Commission on Elections) ... their problem is NOT to encourage the more young voters to vote ... THEIR PROBLEM IS COUNTING THE VOTES WITH ACCURACY AND INTEGRITY.
